1. General Refund Terms
At Swaas, we want you to be fully satisfied with your contribution to a better tomorrow. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of your initial transaction, provided that the physical tree planting process has not yet been initiated with the farmer.
2. Post-Planting Refunds
Once a tree has been physically planted and assigned to you on the blockchain (indicated by the generation of the digital NFT tree and GPS proof), the sponsorship becomes non-refundable. The funds are irreversibly committed to the local farmer and the ongoing maintenance of the grove.
3. Project Failure Guarantee
We guarantee the survival of your sponsored tree for the duration specified in your package. If a tree fails to survive during this period, Swaas will sponsor a replacement tree at no additional cost to you, ensuring your environmental impact remains intact.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, please contact our support team at hello@swaas.ai with your order number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
