1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Swaas ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
2. Platform Services
Swaas provides a digital platform for personal carbon accountability, enabling users to sponsor tree planting projects managed by verified local farmers. The platform provides estimated footprint tracking, live camera monitoring, and digital legacy management.
3. Environmental Claims
All carbon footprint calculations and offset projections provided by the Platform are estimates based on available scientific models. Swaas does not currently issue certified carbon credits unless explicitly stated and verified by a recognized third-party authority. Users agree not to use the Platform's estimated data for regulatory compliance or formal corporate carbon accounting without third-party validation.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not interfere with the Platform's operations or blockchain integrations
- Respect the privacy of farmers and refrain from unauthorized contact outside the Platform
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
